REQUEST CHARACTER DESIGN
If your Vtuber's appearance hasn't been decided yet you may ask me to create your character design for 150€
I will work on your design directly on the model and you have right to a maximum of 3 revisions
Remember this is considered as an extra.

IMPORTANT RULES
According to the commission total price you can request a payment plan but first payment is upfront and it is needed in the moment you reserve a slot , on the contrary we won't proceed with the commission.
First payment serves also as a deposit to officially confirm the commission. After that, if you decide for a payment plan, a monthly payment is needed.
Deposit will be valid for some months and it will expire after a period. The workflow is very important to us, to prevent situations the commission has to be frozen for a long period, the whole amount is due in about 6 months from the start of works. After 6 months, in case we don't receive any other payment outside the deposit, the commission will be automatically canceled without any refund.
In case you order for BOTH Art & Rig you will have to pay the artist and the rigger equally and possibly at the same moment, please don't decide without informing us!
You can access to ART+RIG discount JUST if you make us know from the beginning. You won't receive any discount if you buy the services separately and in a different time frame.
We usually respect an order, but if you need a commission FASTER or within a specific deadline, we may apply a rush fee. this means that we will give priority to your commission but we need you to pay more. The amount should be discussed with the client.
Any kind of changes should be communicated during the first steps of the work. Just be sure of what you want..! Any changes after the definitive version will be obviously payed.
when converting money to € always remember that PAYPAL will detract around the 10% of the total, so make sure to calculate the right amount before sending the money.
Ghosting or avoiding payments without a valid reason won't be tollerated. In case communication issues we hold the right to cancel the commission.
You WON'T receive any Live2D files, just the final product of the rigged model.And PSD files will be delivered just in case you ask for art only.
it's absolutely FORBIDDEN to resell our works WITHOUT our permission.
WE NEED CREDITS once the commission is done, make sure to credit us in your bio.
We DON'T apply a privacy free but we reserve the right to post the commissioned works in our Porfolio (Vgen or Carrd).
Commercial use Fee (+100% ) will be asked just in case the client has the intention of creating merch.
DON'T ASK THE ARTIST TO DRAW IN ANOTHER STYLE .
DON'T BE PUSHY We may take time to finish the model since we deal with many requests simultaneously.
A Vtuber model can take at least 2 or 3 months to be delivered to the client but it obviously depends on the model's difficulty. we'll try to be as fast as possible ╰(´︶`)╯♡
HOW TO USE YOUR MODEL
All you have to do is to install Apps like Vtube Studio, Animaze etc.. and set all the parameters correctly, the software will do the majority of the job. We usually test models before giving them to the clients so if you ever encounter any kind of issues with the movement of the model there's a higher chance you didn't set everything in the right way. It may also depend on your WebCam settings and sensitivity ..!
we cannot help you MORE THAN THIS with the settings , because it's not part of our job but you can still write us if you have any doubts.

They're NON-exclusive models that are sold for minor prices.
Our adoptables offer some customization such as the color change of some parts of the body ( hair, skin, eyes etc..) and some toggles (like animal ears on/off)

HOW TO COMMISSION ?
Before asking a commission make sure you read the RULESyou can write Yoshi or Sanguy for any inquiries regarding your commission, but if you officially want to submit a Commission request you can fill out this form below.
Keep in mind that by completing this form, your commission won't be automatically accepted. By submitting your reply, you also automatically accept our T.O.S.You will be contacted and informed in case your request was accepted.
But we, as the artists, hold the right to deny a commission.
CLIENTS COMMUNICATION
You can choose where to be contacted: X/Twitter, Email or Discord.Remember that our Discord community is provided with a Client section.
Clients will be allowed access to an area dedicated ONLY to clients.
This will serve as an update channel , you will be given a role to chat privately with the artist to discuss about all the details of the work.
