I will work on your design directly on the model and you have right to a maximum of 3 revisions

Remember this is considered as an extra.

According to the total commission price, you may request a payment plan. However, the first payment is required upfront and must be made when you reserve a slot. Otherwise, we will not proceed with the commission.

The first payment also serves as a deposit, officially confirming your commission. After that, if you choose a payment plan, monthly payments will be required.

The deposit will remain valid for a limited period before it expires. To ensure a smooth workflow and avoid commissions being put on hold for extended periods, the full payment must be completed within approximately 6 months from the start of the project. If no additional payments are received after the deposit within those 6 months, the commission will be automatically canceled without any refund.

The deposit must be paid within 3 days of reserving your slot.

If you commission BOTH Art & Rig, payments must be split equally between the artist and the rigger, preferably at the same time. Please do not change your payment arrangement without informing us first.

You are eligible for the ART+RIG discount only if you let us know from the beginning that you intend to purchase both services. The discount will not apply if the services are purchased separately or at different times.

We usually work on commissions in the order they are received. However, if you need your commission completed faster or by a specific deadline, we may apply a rush fee. This means your commission will be prioritized, but an additional fee will be required. The exact amount will be discussed with the client.

Any kind of changes must be communicated during the early stages of the commission. Please make sure you are confident in your design choices before approving them. Any revisions requested after the final version has been approved will incur an additional fee.

When converting your currency to €, please remember that PayPal may deduct around 10% of the total amount in fees. Be sure to calculate the correct amount before sending your payment.

Ghosting or deliberately avoiding payments without a valid reason will not be tolerated. In the event of prolonged communication issues, we reserve the right to cancel the commission.

You WON'T receive any Live2D project files, only the final rigged model. PSD files will only be provided if you commission Art Only.

It is absolutely FORBIDDEN to resell our work WITHOUT our permission.

WE NEED CREDITS once your commission is complete. Please make sure to credit us in your bio, profile, or wherever applicable.

We do NOT charge a privacy fee. However, we reserve the right to showcase commissioned work in our Portfolio (VGen, Carrd, or other social media), unless otherwise agreed.

A Commercial Use Fee (+100%) will only apply if you intend to use the artwork for merchandise or other commercial products.

DON'T ASK THE ARTIST TO DRAW IN ANOTHER STYLE. You are welcome to provide references and general guidelines, but elements such as facial style, body proportions, and the artist's overall style will not be altered. Please refer to our Portfolio to see what you can expect from our work.

DON'T BE PUSHY. We often work on multiple commissions at the same time, so completing your model may take some time.

The use of our artworks for AI training, AI datasets, image generation, or any other AI-related purpose is strictly prohibited.

While your commission is being paid through a payment plan, we will provide progress updates whenever appropriate. Until the commission has been fully paid, please refrain from requesting frequent updates or work-in-progress previews.

A VTuber model generally takes at least 2 or 3 months to complete, depending on its complexity. We'll always do our best to finish your commission as quickly as possible. ╰(´︶`)╯♡

All you have to do is install software such as VTube Studio, Animaze, etc., and configure the settings correctly. The software will handle most of the work for you.

We always test our models before delivering them to our clients. If you experience any issues with the model's tracking or movement, there's a high chance that some of your settings have not been configured correctly. Performance may also vary depending on your webcam quality, lighting conditions, and tracking sensitivity.

Setting up a model is mainly about entering the correct values in your software's Input/Output settings, so please make sure to use the recommended parameters.

We cannot provide further technical support beyond this, as software setup is not part of our service. However, if you have any questions or think something isn't working as intended, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.
